Processing Time: Our current processing time for orders is 15-18 business days. During this time, we may be restocking our products. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of sizes and styles. If your selected size is readily available, we are delighted to ship your order immediately. 

Express shipping: In case of express shipping, charges will be incurred by the customer for faster delivery. International Shipping: We ship globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Modifications: Once your order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not liable for any delays or lost shipments caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

Cash on Delivery orders: All the COD orders will be confirmed by partial deposit amount which will be adjusted at the time of delivery. Team will connect with you once the order is placed to help you through the procedure.

- Different mode of payment options will be available for the deposit amount 

- This amount is adjusted in the final payable amount.

-The partial COD charge is non-refundable in case of:

  Cancellation after dispatch

  Refusal at delivery

  Incorrect address or customer unavailability

- Courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times.

- If refused after two attempts, the order will be returned (RTO) and an additional shipping charges will be levied for shipping the product again. 

- Repeated refusals may lead to COD restrictions for future orders.
