Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer exchanges or returns in the following circumstances: If the item arrives broken, defective, or damaged or if we sent the wrong item by mistake.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping-related expenses for returns or exchanges. The returned item must be shipped back to us within 3 days of notifying us of the issue.
Timeframe for Resolution: We aim to initiate the exchange or refund process within 1-2 days after receiving the returned package and inspecting the item(s). Inspection of Items: All items must be thoroughly inspected before a return or exchange is processed. Items found to be worn, used, or in unsellable condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Exclusions: Please note that any issues raised after the specified time frame of 2 days from receiving the package will not be considered for return or exchange.
Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued through store credit.
